In 2010 David Becker attended the General Management Programme course at Harvard Business School. It was there that he had the profound realization that we need to teach leadership in a whole new way. And it is not the way of the past.
We can no longer teach leadership by lecturing to people; or by quoting profound texts; or by re-stating age-old principles.
In the modern world to teach leadership in a truly impactful manner you have to show people leadership. You have to engage them mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. And, above all, you have to inspire them.
With this mind David and his team designed a unique, multi-sensory, experiential seminar about leadership that has a profound impact on those who attend for the rest of their lives.
